Information on Tobi the Point Ninja:

Tobi is a Chunine ninja, meaning he will often give out points. He prefers to take requests to give points, to avoid being biased.

No one knows why Tobi insisted on using a Narwhal as his costume. In order to move, he has to flail. Though it's not shown in the picture, most of the time Tobi even has flippers on his front paws.

In full disguise, Tobi mostly has to flop or flail to move to deliver points. Despite this, he still often delivers quickly.

Tobi loves giving points. As long as they don't have foul intentions, Tobi will accept any and all requests when he can.

Tobi will usually give between 10 and 50 points to each person he gifts, but will sometimes give more. The amount of points is random.

Tobi doesn't take begging lightly, and will ignore any and all requests of those who do so.

Be warned! Tobi has a tendency to tackle and lick the faces of those he gifts!

Rules
To avoid someone requesting for an alternate account they made, the deviant you are requesting for must have some amount of activity (I will decide how much activity is enough)

The deviant you request must have been a deviantArt member for at least 2 months. Exceptions MAY be made.

NEVER request for yourself. If you do, you will be blocked by me and other point ninjas will be alerted.

You may note me if you'd like your request to be a secret. Unless you SAY you want to be anonymous, your name will be mentioned when I send the points.
